Supporting our customers with ERP implementation

MSSL (GB.) Ltd., based in Derby, UK is currently in the implementation process of the Wise ERP system, which will help them to streamline the business processes. MSSL site in Derby is specialised in designing and manufacturing electrical cabinets, power packs and electrical distribution systems for the rolling stock industry. Beside the ERP Solution, Wisetime offers our customers expertise in the implementation and training process, which is why Mika Hämäläinen, Business Solutions Specialist, has been located in the Derby site for several week to support the local team in the implementation process which will ensure smooth launch of the system.

  Mika joined Wisetime expert team in summer 2021 and he has over 20 years of extensive experience in warehousing, project management and operations management in wiring harness, electronics and food industries which provides practical and useful background in the ERP surroundings. “It has been great challenge to join Wisetime expertise group and help company in new challenges. Software business itself is different what I have done past but anyhow in the end correct and good solutions are actually what matters and makes the difference. I think that customer needs are growing all the time and only software is not the “thing”. We must bring value for customer and actually they buy services not only software. I am pleased to help our customer to bring their voice to Wisetime”, says Mika Hämäläinen.
